Simpson since 1988, Donald J.
Maroney has a wide range of
civil litigation experience in both
the state and federal courts. His
areas of legal expertise include
commercial and civil litigation,
with a concentration in insurance
defense, personal injury and product
liability as well as misdemeanor
criminal defense.
He is a graduate of both
Providence College and Vermont Law
School.
Mr. Maroney has serves as an
assistant solicitor for the
Towns of Narragansett and South
Kingstown. He is member of the Rhode
Island Bar Association, as well as a
member of the bar of the United
States District Court, the United
States Court of Appeals for the
First Circuit and the United States
Supreme Court.
