Mark A.
McSally has been a member of the
law firm Kelly, Kelleher, Reilly &
Simpson since 1993 and since 2006
has been Of Counsel. Prior to
joining the firm, he was associated
with Taft & McSally. His areas of
legal expertise include
litigation, commercial banking law,
administrative law, maritime law and
municipal law.
A graduate of College of the Holy
Cross and Suffolk University, Mr.
McSally has a wide range of civil
litigation experience in both
the state and Federal courts. He has
argued successfully before the Rhode
Island Supreme Court and the First
Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. McSally is a member of the
Rhode Island Bar Association, the
American Bar Association, and the
Defense Research Institute. He
served as assistant solicitor
for the Town of North Kingstown from
1984-1988 and as solicitor from 1988
to 1990. He has also served as
solicitor for the Town of
Narragansett since 1988. |
