Robert
J. Donnelly joined Kelly,
Kelleher, Reilly & Simpson
in 1990. Prior to joining
the law firm, he was
associated with the firm of Petrarca and McGair for six
years. Among his areas of
legal expertise are
municipal law, including
zoning and criminal
prosecutions; and real
estate law, including
residential and commercial
lending and condominium
development. He has also had
extensive experience
representing borrowers in
the areas of commercial and
residential lending.
A graduate of Bryant College and
Western New England College of Law,
Mr. Donnelly represents various
banks as lender's counsel for
commercial and residential lending.
Mr. Donnelly is a member of the
Washington County and Rhode Island
Bar Associations. He currently
serves as an assistant solicitor for
the Town of Narragansett, focusing
on land-use issues and criminal
prosecutions in the District Court.
