James H. Reilly, senior partner of Kelly, Kelleher, Reilly & Simpson, joined the law firm in 1974. He has 20 years of
civil litigation experience in both federal and state courts. His areas of legal expertise include personal injury litigation, business and
corporate law, estate planning and probate, and real estate law. He has served as legal counsel to major real estate development projects and
has had extensive experience with state and local regulatory agencies.
A graduate of Providence College and Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Reilly has had extensive arbitration experience
and has been appointed a civil case mediator by the Rhode Island Superior Court. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, as
well as the bars of the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Reilly is past president of the Narragansett Lions Club and former councilman for the town of Narragansett. He is
a member of the Prout School Board of Directors and Chairman of the Narragansett Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president of the
Providence College Alumni Association and is active in alumni affairs.
